3 Tins Chopped Tomatoes 84p
1kg Red Onions 64p
Peppers £1.19
Garlic Bulb 16p

Mince the garlic.
Dice the onions and fry them with the garlic.
Add the onions and garlic to a large pan with 3 tins of chopped tomatoes.
Roughly chop the peppers and roast them in the oven.
Add the peppers to the pan and bring it to the boil.
Blend the soup and tub it up for the freezer.
