Magenta Lady

This image isn't one I would normally have chosen but it came as part of the A4 Ultimate Die-Cut & Paper Pack Strictly Party and it suited the Magenta themed challenge so I put it to work.  Now it's on the card I'm loving it - so elegant!  I think it's the white gents suit that put me off, it's just so impractical!!!  He obviously doesn't have a dog with muddy paws.

Happy Days Enchanted Fairy

I'm a huge fan of the Enchanted Fairies range but it hasn't seen much action lately.  I'm also loving the new Happy Days collection which doesn't include any main image toppers, decoupage or stamps  It's all about backgrounds and textures making it absolutely perfect for matching with my existing stamp collection.  So this gorgeous little Fairy has come out to play!

ProMarkers - Numpty here forgot to make a note of which ones!

Beachy Mermaid

OH is off having a camping weekend with his work mates and he's taken the dog along too.  So it's just me and my crafting this weekend, and the housework unfortunately but hey, at least I can blast through it without himself or the woofer under my feet.  I can't say I'm surprised that's it's taken half the time to get the house in order!  OH will have a dicky fit when he gets back and finds all his clutter dumped in his office though!

So here's what I've been up to this morning:

Purple Swinging Girl

Entering a challenge with less than two hours to go!!  I must be mad!!  But I've pulled it off.

I usually use Letraset's Bleedproof Marker paper but I've been disappointed with how thin it is and I didn't happen to have any handy today.  So I hunted through my stash and found some Creative Smooth White Card.  It is certainly thicker and therefore easier to work with than the Bleedproof Marker paper but it really does bleed terribly!  I think I'll stick to the Bleedproof Marker paper and keep matting it onto thicker white card stock.
