Vintage Fairy Wishes

I seem to be going through a bit of a blue phase at the moment, following on from my green phase of the past few months.  It'll probably get combined with lilacs just in time for a contemporary Christmas and then onto deep purples for the New Year.

This is definitely my most inked stamp of the moment, I can see me developing a life long love affair with Saturated Canary stamps.

So I guess this card sums up my "signature style" of the moment.  I'm sure it'll change with the seasons and new stash acquirement's!

Wish Upon a Christmas Star

This is one of those stamps sets that I've ad for ages, it's worked it's way to the back of my folder and been all but forgotten until it fitted the Two by To Bear Challenge perfectly and then I remembered how much I love it.  With the right ProMarkers the Forever Friends are a doddle to color and their clothing is just big enough to paper piece so they are so easy to perfectly co-ordinate with pretty much any papers.

I have to admit I was a little less than dazzled by the new Country Companions Winter Wishes papers, until I cracked the seal on my pack . . . I'm actually really impressed with them "in the flesh".  Lovely shades of red and a pale almost muted green, just right for woodland animals but these lilac and pale teal papers are my absolute favorite!  I'm glad there's plenty left for me to enjoy for a fair few more projects.

Lazy Fisherman

I'm definitely a fan of cutesy, whimsical images as a pose to scenes and inanimate objects.  But this image caught my eye for a combination of challenges, water themed, sports and lazy days.  I found a brilliant brad to go with, it reads "I got out of bed for this?".  All in all I'm pretty pleased with my break from the the norm.

I love these little Winnie owl images from Polka Doodles they're so cute and versatile.  Nice and quick and easy to color in too :)

I've spotted some new Polka Doodles rubber stamps among my long and distinguished list of new products.  I'm working hard to get them all on the website as quickly as possible.  I'll be popping a note on our Facebook page when they're ready.

I love this die!  I actually bought it because it was perfect for a friend's wedding invitations, she decided my chipboard version was too bulky and went for a surprisingly simple design but hey it was a great excuse to treat myself to the die!!

I'm delighted to announce that we are now supplying a much bigger range of Trimcraft products.

Typically of British designed papers Trimcraft offers simple shapes and patterns in a well chosen color palette perfectly designed to inspire your own creativity.  And because they are manufactured in the UK they offer amazing value for money.   This doesn't mean you have to compromise on quality either.  I've been using Trimcraft products under the Dovecraft brand for many years and I've not been disappointed yet.

I always get really inspired to craft when I spend the day adding new products to our website, there are some simply stunning ranges doe to be released very soon!  I'l try to hold back my creative urges until I've added the rest of the products to the website but I'm afraid I can't make any promises!!!

This is a card I made over the weekend.
