These adorable little shorts are perfect for summer playtime.
The ideal casual wear for both girls and boys. The cute cat print and motley style will look so cute on your little one. These shorts are lightweight and will fold up very small so they're ideal for packing on holidays.
This pair are size T2. They are loving made in Lancashire form 100% cotton fabric. All of the seams are double stitched to stand up to rough and tumble toddler play. Every seam is also professionally finished with an overlocker.
These gorgeous shorts are super easy to care for, they can be machine washed along with your normal load. They will be fine int he tumble dryer too and if you want to make them extra smart you can iron them too.

You'll need the following supplies:
Cotton quilting fabric in a pattern of your choosing, I'm using this cute cat print cotton from my fabric stash.
I earn a small commission when products are purchased through the links I post here (at no additional cost to you).
After cutting the fabric sew the centre front and centre back seams.
Then bring them together and sew the inner leg and crotch seam in one continuous line.
Finish the waist and pant hems with an overlocker to make them nice and neat.
Then press over the raw edges.
Make a loop from elastic.
Insert it into the waist and stitch the channel trapping the elastic inside.
Then use a twin needle to get a really professional looking finish on the pant hems.
