Tender chicken in a rich tomato sauces with a hit of spicy chorizo.
Ingredients and Tools:
2 kg Chicken £10.76
Chorizo £1.39
Chillies 47p
Garlic 16p
Peppers £1.19
Chopped Tomatoes 84p
Tomato Puree 31p
Paprika 22p
Cornflour 10p
Total = £15.44

There's no need to dice the chicken, just throw it straight into the slow cooker.
Finely dice the chorizo and fry it.
Mince the garlic, add it to the chorizo.
And finely dice the chillies before frying them with the chorizo too.
Add the fried chorizo, garlic and chillies tot he slow cooker along with the chopped peppers.
Then add 3 tins of chopped tomatoes.
Then half the jar of paprika.
And the full tube of tomato puree.
Add a generous heap of cornflour to thicken the sauce.
Give it a stir and leave it to cook on low for 6 - 9 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked through use a pair of forks to rip apart the chunks of chicken.
And here it is served with rice and broccoli.
