Samosa Bites Recipe


Ingredients:
Potatoes
Peas
Onions
Curry Powder
Flour
Oil


Dice the onions and fry until soft.


Boil the potatoes and the peas - might as well save on the washing up and do it in the same pan.


Mash them together.


Add some curry powder to the onions and fry it for a bit longer.


Form them into patties and drench them in flour.


Fry the in plenty of oil.


Turn to fry both sides.
