French Apple Cake Recipe


Little Miss wanted to make an Apple Cake.  So we did . . . and it was super scrummy!!  Moist and delicious.


Ingredients:
3 Apples
2 Eggs
125g Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
130g Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Flavouring
115g Butter
A pinch of Salt

Tools:


Start by greasing a 9inch / 23cm cake tin.


Then cream the butter and sugar together.


Add the eggs, a little at a time.


Then the vanilla flavouring.


Add the flour.


And the the baking powder.


Peel, core and dice the apples.


Add them to the mixture.


Pour the mixture into the greased cake tin.


Cook at 170 degrees centigrade for 40 minutes.


Served with ice cream.
