Little girls love to twirl the day away in their Rozzlyn dress. This one has long sleeves with additional contrasting flutter sleeves. The crossover hood adds a fun touch.
This dress is availible to buy through my Numonday shop or you can make your own, you'll find step by step instructions just below.

The shoulder seams first.
Then I finished the edges of the flutter sleeve caps.
Gathered
and stitched them in place onto the shoulder seams.
Then I've set in the sleeves.
And sewn the sleeve and side seams in one continuous line.
I've pressed the sleeve hems in place and I'll sew them later, when my sewing machine is loaded with my twin needle.
I'm lining the hood with red ribbing.
And the outer in the Paw Patrol fabric.
The hood is stitched onto the neckband.
Skirt side seams.
And last of all the skirt is sewn onto the bodice.
Before the hems are finished with a twin needle.
I love the contrasting flutter sleeves.
They match the bright red hood lining.
The sleeve hems are finished with a twin needle for a professional finish.
