Overnight Oats with Apple and Cinnamon Recipe


What could be better than hot porridge and apple spiced with cinnamon and honey?  Instead of spending a sleepy morning watching a pan of porridge these oats are prepared overnight then reheated in the morning (or not for a super quick and healthy breakfast to go).


Ingredients:
Oats
Milk
Apple
Honey
Cinnamon


One cup of oats per person.  One cup of milk per person.


A good sized pinch of cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey.


A finely diced apple.


Pop it in a tub and give it a good shake to mix.  Put in the fridge overnight.

In the morning microwave for about 2 minutes and serve.
