Super simple leggings made from one pattern piece. The top folds over to form a really deep waistband, perfect for sitting above the nappy for a more comfortable fit.
Here's the pattern I used, Burda 9412.
These are cut from an old gent's T'Shirt.
Inside leg seams first,
I over-lock my seams for a professional finish.
One leg is turned right side out and put inside the other leg for stitching the crotch seam.
Hems next.
Then the waistband is folded and sewn in place with a twin needle.
They're a touch baggy as yet but I've learnt that's a good thing.
