The wreath base is made from an embroidery hoop with some leftover wool wrapped around it to cover it completely. Then I use Silicone Glue to stick my Big Bloomers and embellishments all around the wreath.

Boo! Halloween Wreath
I'm getting quite into making these wreaths. They're great for using up the embellishments that I always seem to have leftover after I've used all of the co-ordinating papers.
