Ingredients:
- Chorizo
- Red Onions
- Garlic
- Paprika
- Sundried Tomatoes (Substituted for Tomato Puree)
- Chicken
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Chicken Stock
Method:
Fry Chorizo
Add diced onions and garlic
Add paprika and tomato puree
Add chicken and cook until browned
Add chopped tomatoes and chicken stock cubes
Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Portion into tubs, cool and freeze.
