Sweet and sticky this chicken is really moreish. Little Miss gobbled the lot and asked for seconds.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Onions
Garlic
Tinned Pineapple
Parsley
Brown Sugar
Chicken Stock
Soy Sauce
Sesame Seeds
Cornflour
Sling the chicken into the slow cooker.
Add the tinned pineapple including the juice.
Then four stock cubes.
A generous sprinkling of brown sugar.
3/4 of a bottle of soy sauce.
Plenty of sesame seeds.
And a good dollop of cornflour.
A handful of chopped parsley.
The finely dice the garlic.
And chop the onions.
Fry them until soft and add tot he slow cooker.
Give it a good stir and cook on low for about 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
