I'm doing the tunic shown in view B with some adjustments.
Mark the dart.
Press.
Press the edges of the tab to the wrong side.
Sew in place.
Stitch shoulder seams.
And press open.
Stitch lining shoulder seams.
And press open.
Gather shoulders and neckline.
Pin to lining.
And sew. Sew part way down each side of back.
Turn through shoulder. Sew back seam.
Hem.
